The piece was not published and nothing was uploaded. `extensions.reason` says why: `channel_not_connected` (the person connects a YouTube channel in Vixdeo), `channel_token_expired` (the channel's authorization expired and the person reconnects it in Vixdeo), `piece_not_final` (no finished video yet), `already_published`, `metadata_incomplete` (a title and a description are required), `thumbnail_not_found`, `publishing_unavailable` or `dispatch_code_defect` (the publish job could not be queued because of a defect in this server's code — not a busy queue — so retrying will not help).
