Publishing to a channel by delegation needs the house to allow it and the credential to carry the separate `publish` permission. `extensions.reason` says which cure applies: `publish_dial_off` — publishing by delegation is switched off on this server (dial named in `extensions.dial`), for every credential; `publish_not_delegated` — an application connected through OAuth consent that the person did not allow to publish (they can reconnect it and tick "Publish"); `publish_not_on_key` — an API key created without it (create one with `publish`). Or create the production with `auto_publish=false` and let the person publish from Vixdeo. Nothing was created and nothing was charged.
